July was originally called Quintilus, but was later renamed in honor of Julius Caesar. This is the perfect time to take inventory of the good things you have in your life, use this moon phase for magical workings related to dreams and divination. Since it is called the Meadow Moon, go for a stroll in your favorite fields, smell fresh flowers as you walk in the night, and just enjoy the chance to be outside! Wicked Wiccan Rollie Pizza Ingredients Flour, for dusting 1 pound pizza dough 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup broccoli florets <flowering tops> 1/4 cup diced red bell peppers 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers 1/4 cup shredded carrots 1 thin sliced red tomato 1 tablespoon olive oil Kosher salt, for seasoning Parchment paper. Directions Position an oven rack in the lower 1/3 of the oven and preheat to 425 degrees F. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough to a 12 to 14-inch diameter circle, about 1/4-inch thick and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella over the dough. Spread out the thin layer of tomatoes on the cheese. Arrange the veggies over the cheese in a single layer. Sprinkle the shredded carrots over the veggies. Top with the remaining cheese. Take 1 end of the circle and roll the dough up into a thin cylinder, gently folding in the ends. Brush the dough with the olive oil and season with the salt. Place the dough, seam side down, on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden brown. Allow the pizza to cool for 10 minutes. Using a serrated knife, cut the pizza into 3/4-inch pieces and serve Strawberry Fairy Angel Food Dessert Ingredients 1 (10 inch) angel food cake 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup white sugar 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced 1 (18 ounce) jar strawberry glaze Directions 1.Crumble the cake into a 9x13 inch dish. 2.Beat the cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Mash the cake down with your hands and spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake. 3.In a bowl, combine strawberries and glaze until strawberries are evenly coated. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill until serving. |
